Harrison Varma Ltd commissioned Shades of Comfort to supply and install one of our Opera systems at Buxmead, an award winning, luxurious residential development on the prestigious The Bishops Avenue.
The leading developer of crafted, contemporary, individual homes in Hampstead, Highgate and Kenwood were looking to develop an external communal living area as part of the project. This 5.6m x 9m Louvre roof structure covers an enormous 50.4m² and is perfect for entertaining in or simply relaxing under after a hectic day.
When a number of our bespoke design features (such as integrated profile lighting, spot lights, heaters, custom made bronze coloured frame and roof blades) have been combined with the many other fabulous features of this much larger development, it’s easy to see why Buxmead was the award winner of Best Residential Development in London at the International Property Awards!
