BSI 9001 - Quality Control Management

In 2009, Shades of Comfort were certified for ISO 9001 which is a quality management system that we adhere to every day. This system helps us continually monitor and manage quality systems across all operations. The qualification outlines the ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service levels. Each year we under go new reviews and processes to ensure that we continue our accreditation, and we are also BSI's SME case study for this certification, which can be found here.

We pride ourselves with this qualification as it means that our employees will provide the highest level of service to our customers. It is also a necessary requirement to work with councils and some national brands.
