Shades has commenced the process of attaining ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Standard and has passed the first stage again being assessed by the British Standards Institute - we are on target of achieving this difficult standard in January. Shades believe we must all actively seek to lower our impact on the environment in everything we do, so understanding our responsibilities and having a management system to control us reduces the impact on the eco structure and protects all our futures.
As stated by Sales Director Tony Peters in the November edition of Punchline Magazine - "We have Safe Contractor accreditation together with Quality ISO 9001:2008 and we are currently awaiting ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Standard certification, confirming the standards we are maintaining and judged by."
