Project Management Services
Shades offer a complete project management service to you the client. When Shades
are employed to project manage, a member of our sales/service department will discuss
your concepts and ideas and project plans to match your expectations. With our project
management as well as implementation we also will use Photoshop to help you get
a representation of the final finished products in situ.
Design Services
Shades can offer a wide range of products and will use visual aids to help you get
a representation of the final finished products in situ. Sometimes it’s only a matter
of taking/sending some pictures of your building and area designated for development
and some of your thoughts on what are needed.
Legal & Planning Services
One of the major stumbling blocks and frustrations to developing your building is
planning permissions from local authorities before you can proceed. The rules apply
to umbrellas, awnings with electric heaters and structures. If you have corporate
identity on products you will require advertising consent but if it is demountable
then the normal consent is wavered. Let Shades advise on this problematic area of
your need it can be protracted, difficult and frustrating. Shades have dealt with
many planning departments and with our experience it’s in our and your interest
to progress to a successful conclusion.
Re-Brand & Revamp Services
Sometimes you have already invested in the products Shades sell and your premises
has everything you need in place, from umbrellas, awnings, screens, furniture and
much more, but perhaps it needs a revamp or a re-brand or it simply needs repair,
this is yet another important service we can provide.
Installation
We offer a range of installation services, from the one off purchase which the customer
can install themselves to a multi range of products that we have been commissioned
to install and we have sourced all the products and planned the project for our
installation teams to build.
